Because Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) supports tabbed browsing, it's possible to configure pages to load in addition to the main Start page. In order to do this, follow these instructions: - Start your registry editor (ie regedit.exe)
- Navigate to the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main subkey.
- From the Edit menu, select New, Multi-String Value.
- Enter the name :
"Secondary Start Pages" (without the quotes), and press Enter.
- Double-click the new value, and put one URL on each line you want to open in a separate tab at IE startup.
- Click OK, and close the registry editor.
If you delete the value or empty it, the additional tabs will no longer open.
