The BlackBerry Enterprise Server creates log files which can be used for troubleshooting issues. By default, the BlackBerry Enterprise Server keeps a record of all log files. These files can grow in size significantly and may require more efficient management. To manage these files, you can perform any of the following procedures: Open the BlackBerry Server Configuration utility (available from either Start - Programs - BlackBerry Enterprise Server - or - in Control Panel).
Go to the Logging tab.
Change the location of the logs folder.
If you have an additional hard disk drive, or a drive with plenty of free space, on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, you can change the location of the logs folder.
Set the age at which log files are deleted.
You can specify the number of days that the BlackBerry Enterprise Server will keep log files. This is set up so old log files will be deleted automatically.
Note: If you have log files older than the number of days specified, they should be deleted manually.
