Only email message headers appear on the BlackBerry handheld during pre-population |

The option Send Headers Only is selected or set to True on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
In order to have the entire messages sent to the handheld during message pre-population, complete the steps below for your software version:
BlackBerry Enterprise Server software version 4.0
- Right-click the BlackBerry Enterprise Server name and select BlackBerry Server Properties.
- Click on the Pre-Population tab.
- Deselect the Send Headers Only option.
BlackBerry Enterprise Server software version 4.1
- Click the BlackBerry Enterprise Server name.
- Click the Server Configuration tab.
- Click Edit Properties.
- Click Messaging.
- In the Message Prepopulation section, change Send Headers Only to "False".
