In order to download the updated device.xml and vendor.xml files from the BlackBerry web site, complete the following steps:

1. Right-click the link for each of the following web sites and select Save Target As or Save Link As.

• https://www.blackberry.com/Desktop/Download/XML/Device.xml

• https://www.blackberry.com/Desktop/Download/XML/Vendor.xml

2. Save the files to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader.
