BlackBerry MDS Connection Service starts and stops after a cutover of the BES |

After performing a cutover of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, the BlackBerry MDS Connection Service starts and then stops.
The BlackBerry MDS Connection Service mapping to the BlackBerry Enterprise Server was not updated. As a result, the MDSCONFIG table in the BlackBerry Configuration Database contains invalid data.
To resolve this issue, complete the following steps:
- In the BlackBerry Manager, in the left pane, click BlackBerry Domain.
- On the Global tab, click the Service Control & Customization task.
- Click MDS CS to BES Mapping.
- Match the correct host computer to the BlackBerry MDS Connection Service.
- Click OK to save the changes.
- Start the BlackBerry MDS Connection Service.
