Unfortunately, there is no direct method by which you can migrate a user from BlackBerry for Lotus Domino to BlackBerry for Microsoft Exchange.

In order to complete this process, you need to have or obtain a second SRP key from RIM or your carrier.

If you already have a BlackBerry Enerprise Server for Microsoft Exchange, then jump to the process outlined below (Migrate Users).

• Setup BlackBerry Enterprise Server for Microsoft Exchange
• This second SRP key will be installed. with the same license keys on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server for Exchange.

Migrate Users

• Remove the BlackBerry smartphone user accounts from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server for Lotus Domino.
• Delete all data from the BlackBerry smartphones.
• Add the BlackBerry smartphone user accounts to the new BlackBerry Enterprise Server for Microsoft Exchange.
