How to display more columns in BlackBerry Manager

The following additional columns are available in the Users tab in BlackBerry Manager to help BlackBerry Enterprise Server administrators audit their environment.

Active CarrierDisplays the name of the wireless service provider. 
Application Status   
Displays the status of the software configuration assigned to the user.    
BlackBerry Device Model
Displays the numerical model number of the BlackBerry.     
BlackBerry MDS Connection    
Displays a true or false value if the BlackBerry MDS Connection is enabled for the user. 
BlackBerry VersionDisplays the BlackBerry device software version. 
Configuration NameDisplays the name of the Software Configuration assigned to the user 
Creation TimeDisplays the time that the user was added to the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. 
Direct Connect IDDisplays the Direct Connect ID if push-to-talk is available on the BlackBerry. 
Email AddressDisplays the email address of the user. 
Expired MessagesDisplays the number of expired messages. 
Filtered MessagesDisplays the number of filtered messages. 
Forwarded MessagesDisplays the number of forward messages to the BlackBerry. 
Group NameDisplays the Group that a user may belong to. 
Hardware IDDisplays the Hardware ID of the BlackBerry for the user
 
Home CarrierDisplays the Home Carrier name. 
IT Policy NameDisplays the name of the IT policy which has been assigned to the user 
IT Policy StatusDisplays the status of the IT Policy which has been assigned to the user. 
IT Policy TimeDisplays the time that the IT Policy was last received on the BlackBerry 
Last Contact TimeDisplays the last time the BlackBerry Enterprise Server successfully communicated to the BlackBerry. Yes
Last Forward Time
Displays the last time we forwarded a packet to the BlackBerry. 
Last ResultDisplays the result of the last transaction with the BlackBerry. 
Last Sent TimeDisplays the last time an email was sent from the BlackBerry. 
Mail Server
Displays the mail server name that the user belongs to. 
MailboxDisplays the mailbox name of user 
Mailbox Agent IDDisplays a numberical value of which Mailbox Agent ID the user is assigned to. 
MDS Integration Service Server URLDisplays the URL that this user has access to. 
MemoryDisplays available memory on the BlackBerry. 
NameDisplays the name of the user Yes
Network TypeDisplays the wireless network protocol that the device is capable of utilizing. 
Pending Data PacketsDisplays the amount of pending data packets waiting to be delivered
 
Phone NumberDisplays the users phonenumber 
PIN Displays the PIN number of the BlackBerry Yes
Platform Version Displays the platform version of the BlackBerry device software. 
Redirect to BlackBerry Device Displays a true or false setting if messages ar being redirected to the BlackBerry 
Screen Language Displays the language setting on the BlackBerry. 
Security Password Displays whether the Blackberry has a security password enabled or not. 
Sent Messages Displays the amount of sent messages from the BlackBerry. 
Serial Number Displays the BlackBerry Serial Number. 
Server Name Displays the BlackBerry Enterprise Server name that the user resides on 
SIM ID Displays the SIM ID of a SIM card if inserted in the BlackBerry. 
Software Upgradeable Displays if the device is capable of receiving a BlackBerry device software update. 
Status Displays the current status of the user on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Yes
Status Check Time Displays the last status check time. 
System Status Displays the last system status.
 
Wireless Calendar Displays whether wireless calendar is enabled or disabled for the BlackBerry.
 
Wireless Message Reconciliation Displays whether wireless email reconciliation is enabled or disabled for the user. 
 


To add any of the above columns in BlackBerry Manager, complete the following steps:

  • Open BlackBerry Manager.

  • On BlackBerry Manager, select 'View' from the drop down menu and select 'Choose Columns'.

    Note: There must be at least one user account added to the BlackBerry Manager for the Choose Columns option to appear.
