- Contact the service provider to confirm that the BlackBerry smartphone has been provisioned correctly.

- On the Home screen, navigate to Options > Advanced Options > Enterprise Activation.
- Enter the corporate email address and the password provided by the system administrator.
- Open the menu and select Activate.
