To automatically add a disclaimer at the end of every email sent from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 4.1.x, complete the following steps:

1. Open BlackBerry Manager.
   
   
2. Click on your BlackBerry Enterprise Server listed in the Explorer View.
   
   
3. Click on the Server Configuration Tab.
   
   
4. Click Edit Properties.
   
   
5. Click Messaging Appended Disclaimer Text.
   
   
6. Click on the ... icon to the right of Appended Disclaimer Text.
   
   
7. Type the disclaimer into the dialog box.
   
   
8. Click OK.
   
   
9. Click Apply and then click OK.
