The BlackBerry smartphone displays the following error message:

JVM 529: Corrupt file system. About to attempt recovery. Some data may be lost.

This error is caused by a corrupt file system on the BlackBerry smartphone.

In order to resolve this issue, perform an application load on the BlackBerry smartphone. See "How to cleanly install the BlackBerry Handheld OS" for more information.

As a workaround, you could choose Continue, the BlackBerry smartphone will attempt to repair itself.
