Not all users can send and receive messages after the BlackBerry Enterprise Server is restarted. In the BlackBerry Manager administration program, the user list displays some users’ status as initializing. The Mailbox Agent log file (MAGT) displays the following errors:
[10530] (09/19 18:38:00):{0xD10} Unable to initialize userUser 1/domain: more than one profile document found
[20018] (09/19 18:38:00):{0xD10} Unable to initialize BlackBerry user CN= User 1/O=domain (id=1, note=8FE) - will retry in 5 minutes
[30602] (09/19 18:38:00):{0xD10} BES AGENT Initializing: 0 users so far...
[10530] (09/19 18:38:00):{0xD10} Unable to initialize user User 2/domain: more than one profile document found
[20018] (09/19 18:38:00):{0xD10} Unable to initialize BlackBerry user CN= User 2/O=domain (id=2, note=906) - will retry in 5 minutes

This is cause when the BlackBerryProfiles.nsf file contains a Replication/Save Conflict for one (or more) of the BlackBerry User Profile documents.
When the BlackBerry Enterprise Server initially loads, it scans the BlackBerryProfiles.nsf file for the BlackBerry User Profile document. This document tells the BlackBerry Enterprise Server which users to load. If a Replication/Save Conflict exists in the BlackBerryProfiles.nsf database, the BlackBerry Enterprise Server will detect duplicate BlackBerry User Profile documents for that user, and will stop loading users after this point. In order to resolve this issue, remove the Replication/Save Conflict, and restart the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
